Hello, We're Drama North

DRAMA NORTH by Christabel provides Drama Classes and Acting Workshops in Leeds, designed for children and young adults from ages 7 and upwards. Each group session lasts 1 hour where we cover a wide range of styles including Theatre and TV techniques, script work, mime, physical and improvisation. It's a great platform for budding performers, voice control and projection, or to boost your child's confidence and self esteem. Let's unleash the hidden talent!

All workshops are run by RADA trained actor Christabel Grasby. Christabel graduated from RADA in 2000, one of the youngest ever, where she went on to perform on national TV, radio and stage, including the ITV Drama Peak Practice. Since raising a family, Christabel has turned her attention to Drama Teaching, where she's taught children of all ages at Yorkshire schools and academies. Christabel's eldest son Harry, now 18, appeared in 2 seasons of Game of Thrones and ITV period drama Jamestown. Both he and younger brother Frankie have performed to sell out shows at the Leeds Playhouse.

Christabel is fully accredited and CRB checked.
